AVI Polymers announced a major reshuffle of its key managerial personnel on 07 May 2025. The outgoing CFO, Mr. Mitesh Bhupatbhai Meghani, and Company Secretary, Ms. Monika Parth Shah, both resigned citing the need to let the new management reconstitute the team. In their place, Mr. Patel Nishit Yogeshbhai (10 years of experience in financial strategy, budgeting and compliance) has been appointed as CFO, and Ms. Ritu Tiwari (a qualified Company Secretary with 8+ years in corporate law and SEBI matters) has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Both incoming executives took charge on 07 May 2025 itself. Additionally, the company has shifted its corporate office from Vastrapur, Ahmedabad to Sardar Ganj, Anand in Gujarat.
Simultaneous exit of two KMPs along with a senior leadership change and office relocation suggests a fresh strategic direction under the current management, which may bring near-term operational adjustments but is not unusual for a small-cap company.
