Appointment of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

Birla Cotsyn (India) Ltd announced three key appointments at its board meeting held on April 19, 2025. Mr. Gaurav Anand (Associate Member of ICSI) was appointed as Whole-Time Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from April 19, 2025. Mr. Harish Kumar Pareek, an MBA (Finance) with over 20 years of experience including 10+ years in the spinning industry, was appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer. Additionally, PSV Jain & Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN 131505W), was appointed as statutory auditor to fill a casual vacancy caused by the expiration of the previous auditor's tenure, for FY2024-25.
These are routine governance and finance team appointments, filling previously vacant or expired KMP and auditor positions. No material impact on shareholders is expected; this brings the company into compliance with SEBI KMP requirements.
