Appointment of General Managers

Punjab & Sind Bank has appointed two internal senior executives as General Managers, effective April 1, 2025. Sh. Sanjay Prakash Srivastava (joined the bank in 1993, over 32 years of experience) and Sh. Satbir Singh (joined in 1991, over 33 years of experience) have been elevated to the GM role. Both are long-serving internal employees and Certified Associates of the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance. The appointments were disclosed under SEBI LODR regulations by the Company Secretary.
These are routine internal elevations at the senior management level and are unlikely to have any material impact on the stock price or shareholder value. The appointments reflect continuity in leadership from within the bank.
