Lord's Mark Industries Ltd has appointed four new Independent Non-Executive Directors at its board meeting on 4 June 2026. The appointees are Mr. Govind Singh Bhati (former Executive Director at REC with power sector expertise), Mr. Vinod Tiwari (40-year renewable energy veteran, ex-UPNEDA), Ms. Shweta Dilip (healthcare and digital entrepreneur), and Ms. Pooja Vijay Gohil (Company Secretary and corporate governance professional).
