Appointment of M/s. Mahesh Chandra & Associates, Chartered Accountants as the Statutory Auditor of the Company

Victoria Enterprises Ltd has re-appointed M/s. Mahesh Chandra & Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 112334W), as its Statutory Auditors. The re-appointment was approved by shareholders at the 43rd Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2025, on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and Board of Directors. The new term is for 5 consecutive years, starting from the conclusion of the 43rd AGM and running until the conclusion of the 48th AGM in 2030.
