PAE Ltd's board, at a meeting on September 2, 2025, appointed Mr. Mayankkumar Ashokbhai Sedani as an Additional Independent Director on the board, effective the same day. He is a Chartered Accountant with experience in financial management, compliance, and strategic operations for automobile dealerships (two- and four-wheeler businesses).
