Appointment of Mrs. Shanu Jain as a Compnay Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company

AVI Products India Limited's board, at its meeting on January 16, 2026, approved several appointments. Mrs. Shanu Jain was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective the same date. Two new directors were added: Mr. Manas Ranjan Palo as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director (5-year term) and Mr. Saroj Kumar Choudhury as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director (5-year term), both subject to shareholder approval.
