BKM Industries' board, at its meeting on 5th August 2025, approved the appointment of Ms. Rachna (DIN: 08758236) and Ms. Suman Singh (DIN: 07819547) as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors for a 5-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Rachna is a qualified Company Secretary with over 10 years of experience in secretarial, legal and corporate compliance functions, while Ms. Suman Singh is a PhD in Management with 20+ years in teaching, consulting and corporate governance. The board also updated on a pending NCLT Kolkata petition related to revising share allotment to public shareholders due to anomalies in the erstwhile promoters' holding. Because the NCLT petition is still unresolved, the company was unable to allot shares or debentures to the Resolution Applicants who submitted money in March 2025, and has decided to refund their application money.
