At its May 6, 2025 meeting, the Board of Piramal Enterprises approved four key items. Three Independent Directors — Suhail Nathani, Anjali Bansal, and Kunal Bahl — were re-appointed for a second 5-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Promoter-Chairman Ajay Piramal's term was extended beyond his 70th birthday (August 3, 2025) until March 31, 2027. The existing Joint Statutory Auditors (Suresh Surana & Associates and Bagaria & Co) will complete their term at the upcoming 78th AGM, and N.M. Raiji & Co. and Chhajed & Doshi have been appointed as the new Joint Statutory Auditors for 3 years (till 2028). N.L. Bhatia & Associates was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for 5 years (till 2030).
