At the 26th Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2025, shareholders of Indus Fila approved several key items. Mr. Himmatsingh Dasharathsingh Shekhawat was re-designated as Whole-time Director for a three-year term (Oct 2025 to Sep 2028).
