Redington Limited's Board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, with a clean (unmodified) opinion from statutory auditors Deloitte Haskins & Sells. Standalone revenue for FY25 stood at Rs. 48,902.50 crore (up from Rs. 41,227.60 crore in FY24) with PAT of Rs. 1,443.76 crore (vs Rs. 1,081.24 crore). Consolidated revenue grew to Rs. 99,333.65 crore (vs Rs. 89,345.71 crore) and PAT rose to Rs. 1,820.62 crore (vs Rs. 1,238.61 crore), boosted by an exceptional gain of Rs. 625.77 crore from the divestment of its Turkish fintech arm Paynet for Rs. 763.20 crore. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 6.80 per share (340% of face value), with July 4, 2025 as the record date. The 32nd AGM is scheduled for July 29, 2025. M/s. B Chandra & Associates has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY2025-26 to FY2029-30), subject to shareholder approval.
Strong FY25 results with revenue and profit growth, supported by a one-time gain from the Paynet sale, and a healthy 340% dividend declaration are positive for shareholders. The new secretarial auditor appointment is routine and does not materially affect the stock; the results and dividend are likely to be the main drivers of investor sentiment.
