Appointment of Secretarial Auditor

Page Industries has appointed M/s. Padmavathi & Vijayesh Associate LLP, a practising company secretary firm, as its Secretarial Auditor for a five-year period covering FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30. The appointment was made by the Board on May 15, 2025, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, and is subject to shareholder approval at the next Annual General Meeting. The new firm is a Bengaluru-based LLP registered with the ICSI and brings experience in secretarial audits, corporate governance, FEMA compliance and IPO-related work. This is a fresh, long-term appointment replacing the previous secretarial auditor.
