MRPL's Board met on April 26, 2025 and approved the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The Statutory Auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the financial statements. The Board has NOT recommended any dividend for FY 2024-25. Additionally, M/s Ullas Kumar Melinamogaru & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary, has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2024-25, FY 2025-26, and extendable for one more year (FY 2026-27).
