Appointment of Secretarial Auditor for the Fy 2024-25

NBCC (India) Ltd's Board of Directors, at its meeting held on May 16, 2025, approved the appointment of M/s Agarwal S. & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, as Secretarial Auditors for FY 2024-25. The firm was established in 2003 by CS Sachin Agarwal and converted into a partnership firm in 2016. It has experience in company law, securities laws, due diligence, M&A, and capital market transactions. This is a routine annual appointment and does not indicate any change in or departure from the company's existing auditors. The appointment has been disclosed to both BSE and NSE as required under SEBI regulations.
