Appointment of Senior Management Personnel.

AIA Engineering Limited has appointed Mr. Amar Patil as Vice President (Manufacturing-Overseas), effective April 3, 2025. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, citing the company's ambitious growth plans. Mr. Patil holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Finance, with over 30 years of experience in manufacturing, plant maintenance, quality control, and operations. He previously held leadership roles at Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd. and was most recently President Operations at Bhagwati Group.
