Devyani International's board, at its May 23, 2025 meeting, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Virag Joshi as Whole-time Director for another 3-year term starting January 1, 2026. Three new Senior Management Personnel were appointed with immediate effect: Mr. Rohan Kichlu as CEO of the Sanook & Tealive brands (external hire from Sodexo, Compass Group, and The Park Hotels), Mr. Aditya Dev Pokhriya as COO-Food Court (ex-McDonald's India), and Mr. Nalin Kanaujia as Head of Legal (ex-ITC, Reliance Brands, BPCL).
