Appoints Nikita Goyal as Additional Independent Director

N D Metal Industries Board appointed Ms Nikita Goyal as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director effective June 17, 2026. She is a qualified Company Secretary with an LLB degree and experience in corporate governance and management. She will hold office till the next AGM, with a proposed 5 year term subject to shareholder approval. She is not related to any existing director or KMP, is not debarred by SEBI, and holds no shares in the company.
