Intimation of Reconstitution of Committees of Company

Aravali Securities & Finance Ltd has reconstituted three key board committees — the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Audit Committee, and the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee — following the resignation of Mr. Devashish Poddar as a committee member.
