Two resolutions: (1) Ratification of 2.13 crore convertible warrants allotted on July 6, 2026 at Rs 10.35 each to 29 non-promoter allottees, totalling about Rs 22.05 crore. 25 percent upfront paid (Rs 5.51 crore); balance due on conversion to equity within 18 months. (2) Appointment of M/s CGH and Associates as statutory auditor at Rs 2.25 lakh per annum, replacing resigned M/s Jain Mittal Chaudhary.
