Arcee Industries reported audited results for FY25 with revenue from operations collapsing to Rs. 15.25 lakhs from Rs. 107.17 lakhs in FY24, an 86% decline. Total income fell to Rs. 23.19 lakhs from Rs. 124.11 lakhs. The company posted a net loss of Rs. 13.37 lakhs for the year (vs. Rs. 72.51 lakhs loss in FY24), with the smaller loss largely due to a Rs. 27.90 lakhs deferred tax credit. In Q4 FY25 alone, revenue from operations was zero. The company also had negative operating cash flow of Rs. 15.99 lakhs (vs. positive Rs. 7.41 lakhs in FY24). The auditor (Akanksha Chugh & Associates) issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. M/s Anil Yash & Associates was appointed as the new internal auditor for FY26.
Shares face serious concerns: the manufacturing unit currently has no production activity, the company has been unable to arrange working capital to restart PVC pipe manufacturing, and accumulated losses have wiped out other equity (Rs. -162.18 lakhs). Near-term outlook for shareholders is weak unless the company secures financing and resumes operations.
