Archean Chemical Industries has published the notice for its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Business Standard (English) and Makkal Kural (Tamil) on May 13, 2025, as required under SEBI listing rules. The AGM is scheduled for Saturday, August 2, 2025, at 10:00 AM via video conference/other audio-visual means.
