ARCL Organics has settled two long-pending sales tax disputes under the government's Settlement of Dispute Scheme 2025. The original combined demand from the tax authorities was about Rs. 1.86 crore (Rs. 1,51,36,963 for 2007-08 and Rs. 35,01,218 for 2016-17), but the company has paid only Rs. 27,95,729 as full and final settlement.
