Arcotech Limited has submitted to the stock exchanges a copy of the newspaper publication of its Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025, in compliance with SEBI's Listing Regulations. The results were published in The Financial Express (English) and Jansatta (Hindi) on 6th June 2025. The company reported a net loss of Rs 6,332.12 lacs for Q4 FY25, narrowing sharply from Rs 11,840.81 lacs loss in Q4 FY24. For the full year FY25, the net loss reduced to Rs 8,748.66 lacs from Rs 14,959.28 lacs in FY24. Basic and diluted EPS for FY25 stood at Rs (4.43) versus Rs (13.68) in the previous year. Other equity remained deeply negative at Rs (31,148.05) lacs as on 31st March 2025.
While the company continues to post losses, the significant year-on-year narrowing of both quarterly and annual losses signals operational improvement, which may be viewed positively by the market. However, negative other equity of over Rs 311 crore remains a serious red flag for the company's net worth and long-term solvency, warranting caution among shareholders.
