Outcome of Board Meeting held for the Appointment and Resignation of Independent Directors

Ardi Alliances Limited's board meeting on 02nd April 2026 approved the appointment of two new Non-Executive Independent Directors: Ms. Priyanka Bairwa and Mr. Priyanshu Gomawat, both appointed for a five-year term. Simultaneously, Mr. Dhaval Vaghela resigned as Independent Director effective 01st April 2026, citing pursuit of other professional opportunities. Both new directors have no prior listed entity directorships and do not hold any shares in the company. Ms. Bairwa brings over 5 years of accounting experience, while Mr. Gomawat has 3 years of experience in agri commodities and marketing.
