Arfin India informed BSE that its audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025 (both standalone and consolidated) were approved by the Board on May 23, 2025 and published in Economic Times (English) and Nav Gujarat Samay (Gujarati) on May 24, 2025, as required under SEBI Regulation 47. For the full year FY25, consolidated revenue grew about 14% to Rs. 70,919 lakhs (from Rs. 62,090 lakhs in FY24), while pre-tax profit jumped around 48% to Rs. 1,438 lakhs and net profit after tax rose about 11% to Rs. 915 lakhs. EPS inched up to Rs. 0.54 from Rs. 0.52 and other equity strengthened to Rs. 13,991 lakhs from Rs. 8,047 lakhs. However, the standalone Q4 results show profit after tax of just Rs. 53.75 lakhs, noticeably lower than the Rs. 218 lakhs reported in Q4 FY24, indicating weaker quarterly margins despite higher sales.
The full-year results show healthy top-line and pre-tax profit growth, which is positive for shareholders. The sharp drop in Q4 standalone profit compared to the same quarter last year may draw investor attention to quarter-end cost or one-time pressures. Full results are available on the BSE and company website for closer review.
