Arigato Universe Limited has informed BSE that it could not file its unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2025 within the 45-day deadline required under SEBI Listing Regulations. The company says the delay was caused by operational and reconciliation matters that took longer than expected, which in turn held up the Limited Review process and the approval of results by the Audit Committee and Board. It has apologised for the delay and stated that it is working to finalise the results as quickly as possible. No financial numbers have been disclosed yet.
