Arihant Capital Markets responded to NSE's clarification request on discrepancies in its XBRL filing of Q4 FY26 consolidated financial results dated 21-May-2026. Three mismatches were flagged: P&L figures (share of profit/loss from associates reported without negative sign), segment details (decimal mismatches), and cash flow from operations (consequential to the first error). Company says these were inadvertent clerical errors and confirms PDF figures are correct. A revised XBRL submission will be filed.
Routine filing hygiene matter. No impact on actual financials as PDF results remain valid. Not a fundamental concern for investors.
