Arihant Foundations & Housing Limited held its 32nd AGM on 30th September 2025 via video conferencing from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM, with 18 members attending. Chairman Mr. Kamal Lunawath (attending from Amsterdam) presided over the meeting, and CEO Mr. Arun Rajan briefed shareholders on the company's performance for FY 2024-25. All business items in the AGM notice were transacted, including adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025, and the rotational reappointment of Whole Time Director Mr. Bharatkumar Mangilal Jain. Of six registered speakers, five participated and shared their views. E-voting results were to be announced within two working days.
The AGM was largely procedural, but shareholders approved several special business items including revisions in remuneration for the Managing Director and two Whole Time Directors, expanded powers for the board to make investments and give loans/guarantees beyond statutory limits, and approval of related party transactions. These resolutions, once confirmed via e-voting results, will give the company greater financial flexibility and lock in executive pay revisions.
