Chennai-based real estate developer Arihant Foundations reported strong Q2FY26 operational numbers. Total area sold rose 44% year-on-year to 1,17,793 sq. ft, while total sale value grew 13% YoY to ₹112.9 crore. Collections stood at ₹78.3 crore as of September 30, 2025. Sequentially (vs Q1FY26), area sold was up 24% and sale value up 14%. For the first half of FY26 combined, area sold jumped 86% and sale value rose 50% compared to H1FY25, indicating sustained momentum in both volumes and realizations.
Higher volumes and steady collections point to healthy demand and cash flow, which is positive for shareholders. However, sale value growth (13%) lagging area growth (44%) suggests some softening in average pricing per sq. ft, which investors should watch going forward.
