Arihant Superstructures clarifies Q4 results filing discrepancies to NSE

NSE asked Arihant Superstructures to clarify issues with its Q4 FY26 financial results filing (quarter ended 31 March 2026). NSE flagged two problems: machine-readable or legible copy of results was not submitted, and the XBRL filing contained discrepancies where half-yearly figures were submitted instead of quarterly figures in both standalone and consolidated formats. The company says it already submitted revised results in proper machine-readable format along with corrected XBRL filing on 29 May 2026, and shared NSE's acknowledgement. NSE is still reviewing the company's response.
