Arihant Superstructures' board met on August 12, 2025 and approved unaudited Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) results. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations fell sharply to ₹746 lakhs from ₹1,985 lakhs a year ago, with a thin profit after tax of ₹6.43 lakhs (vs ₹3.93 lakhs in Q1 FY25). On a consolidated basis, however, revenue jumped to ₹12,096 lakhs (vs ₹8,369 lakhs YoY) and profit after tax surged to ₹1,590 lakhs (vs ₹199 lakhs YoY), driven mainly by subsidiaries such as Arihant Vatika Realty and Arihant Aashiyana. The board appointed Mr. Udit Kasera (ex-KPMG, CRISIL, Deloitte; IIM Bangalore MBA, CFA, CA) as the new CFO with effect from August 12, 2025. N.L. Bhatia & Associates was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY26–FY30), subject to shareholder approval. The 42nd AGM is fixed for September 27, 2025 via video conferencing, with the register of members closed from September 20–26, 2025.
Shareholders will note a big divergence — weak standalone numbers but strong consolidated growth led by subsidiaries, which should be the real focus for the stock. The new CFO brings strong finance and investor-relations experience, while the AGM and book-closure window (Sept 20–26) is when dividend eligibility gets decided.
