Arihant Superstructures Limited has informed exchanges that it is reversing its earlier decision to change the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent. In November 2025, the Board had decided to appoint KFin Technologies Limited as the new RTA, replacing Adroit Corporate Services Private Limited. However, at the Board meeting held on May 15, 2026, the company decided to continue with the existing RTA Adroit Corporate Services Private Limited. Accordingly, the earlier decision stands withdrawn and no change in RTA will take place. This is an administrative disclosure under SEBI LODR regulations.
