Arihant Superstructures reported a sharp drop in standalone performance for Q1 FY26, with revenue from operations falling to ₹746 lakhs from ₹1,985.52 lakhs in the same quarter last year, and a marginal standalone profit after tax of just ₹6.43 lakhs (EPS ₹0.01). On a consolidated basis, however, the picture was stronger with revenue rising to ₹12,096.43 lakhs and profit after tax of ₹1,590.62 lakhs (EPS ₹2.21), helped by subsidiary contributions. The board appointed Mr. Udit Kasera (ex-KPMG, Wipro, CRISIL, Deloitte, IIM Bangalore, CA, CFA) as the new Chief Financial Officer effective August 12, 2025. It also appointed N L Bhatia & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY2025-26 to FY2029-30), subject to shareholder approval. The 42nd AGM is fixed for September 27, 2025, with the register of members closed from September 20-26, 2025 for the AGM and dividend declaration.
Standalone revenues have nearly halved year-on-year, which may concern investors, but consolidated numbers remain healthy and a dividend appears to be on the cards. The appointment of a highly experienced CFO from top-tier firms is a positive governance signal for the stock.
