Arkade Developers reported strong FY26 results with pre-sales of ₹901 crore (+17% YoY) and revenue of ₹828 crore (+19% YoY), driven by robust MMR demand and disciplined execution. The company completed the strategic acquisition of Filmistan Private Limited, gaining ownership rights to the iconic Filmistan property in Goregaon West, Mumbai. As part of post-acquisition restructuring to consolidate ownership directly under Arkade Developers, tenancy rights were transferred, creating a one-time exceptional accounting charge of approximately ₹182 crore in consolidated financials. The Company stated this adjustment is non-operational and does not reflect underlying business strength. The proposed Filmistan development carries an estimated GDV of ₹3,500 crore and is projected to contribute ₹1,000–1,200 crore cumulatively to the bottom line over the next 3–5 years.
The one-time ₹182 crore exceptional charge may cause headline net profit to appear depressed in FY26 results, but the strong operational performance and the high-value Filmistan pipeline signal significant long-term earnings potential for shareholders.
