Arman Holdings Limited reported audited standalone financial results for FY 2025-26 ending March 31, 2026. Revenue from operations grew marginally by 2.8% to Rs. 366.88 lakhs from Rs. 356.80 lakhs in the prior year. However, profit before tax collapsed by 89.8% to Rs. 12.87 lakhs from Rs. 126.48 lakhs, and profit after tax declined 86.5% to Rs. 12.77 lakhs from Rs. 95.04 lakhs. EPS dropped from Rs. 2.43 to Rs. 0.25. The company operates across three segments: Textiles, Plastic Products, and Precious Metal & Stones, with the latter contributing almost all revenue. Operating cash flow was positive at Rs. 114.71 lakhs. The board meeting also approved appointment of new internal auditor, director changes, and expansion plans including a corporate office in Mumbai and warehouse in Bhiwandi.
The sharp profit decline despite minimal revenue growth signals significant margin compression and operational challenges. While cash flow remains positive, the 86.5% PAT drop is a major red flag for investors and may pressure the stock price.
