Arman Holdings Limited has announced that its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 10:00 AM via Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM). The Register of Members and Share Transfer Register will remain closed from September 20, 2025 to September 27, 2025 (both days inclusive) for AGM purposes. Shareholders holding shares as of the record date will be eligible to attend and vote at the AGM. The notice is issued under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 (Regulations 34(1) and 42).
Investors who buy or sell shares during the book closure period (Sept 20–27, 2025) will not be able to transfer ownership until the registers reopen. Shareholders should ensure their holdings are recorded before September 19, 2025 to be eligible for AGM voting rights.
