Arman Holdings Ltd has opened a special window from February 5, 2026 to February 4, 2027, allowing physical shareholders to transfer and dematerialize their shares. This facility is only for shareholders whose transfer requests were lodged before April 1, 2019 and were rejected, returned, or not processed due to document deficiencies. The initiative follows SEBI's circular dated January 30, 2026. Shareholders must submit original security certificates, transfer deeds, and other required documents to the company's Registrar, Adroit Corporate Services Private Limited in Mumbai. Any shares re-lodged for transfer will only be issued in dematerialized (electronic) form.
This is a positive administrative step enabling affected shareholders to regularize their holdings. It aligns with SEBI's broader push for dematerialization but has no direct impact on the company's financials or operations. Shareholders with old physical shares stuck in rejected transfers can now resolve their holdings.
