Deepak Kumar Babel along with Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), all belonging to the promoter group of Arman Holdings Ltd (BSE Scripcode: 538556), have disclosed an open market sale of 35,500 equity shares (0.67% of paid-up capital) on June 5, 2026 under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI Takeover Regulations. The shares were sold by Manasvini Trading Private Ltd (28,000 shares, 0.53%) and Sangeeta S Jain (7,500 shares, 0.14%). As a result, the combined promoter group holding declined from 24.43% (12,72,850 shares) to 23.74% (12,37,350 shares). The company's total equity capital stands at Rs 5.21 crore comprising 52.10 lakh shares of Rs 10 face value.
