Lalchand Moolchand Mehta and Sushila Lalchand Mehta, who are Persons Acting in Concert but explicitly NOT part of the promoter group, sold a combined 15,000 equity shares (0.29% of total share capital) of Arman Holdings Ltd in the open market on 13/02/2026. Lalchand sold 4,000 shares (his holding fell from 2.37% to 2.29%) and Sushila sold 11,000 shares (her holding fell from 4.01% to 3.80%). Together, their aggregate holding declined from 6.38% to 6.09% of the company. The equity share capital remains unchanged at Rs. 5,21,05,000 comprising 52,10,500 shares of Rs. 10 face value. The transaction was carried out on BSE.
