Arnold Holdings, a non-banking finance company, approved its standalone unaudited financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended 30 June 2025) at a board meeting on 12 August 2025. Total revenue from operations fell about 31% year-on-year to ₹4,444.78 lakhs from ₹6,422.12 lakhs, with fee and commission income dropping to ₹2,205.34 lakhs and sale of services to ₹1,989.97 lakhs. Profit after tax came in at ₹321.33 lakhs, down roughly 47% from ₹607.10 lakhs in the same quarter last year, though the company returned to profit after posting a loss of ₹529.36 lakhs in Q4 FY25. Basic EPS for the quarter stood at ₹1.35 versus ₹2.55 a year ago. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Murari Mallawat (nephew of promoter Mr. Pawankumar Nathmal Mallawat) as Whole-time Director for another 5 years, and appointed CS Ranjit Binod Kejriwal as Secretarial Auditor for FY2025-26 to FY2029-30.
Sharply lower revenue and profits compared to last year are a concern for shareholders, but the bounce back from the previous quarter's loss is a positive. The re-appointment of the existing whole-time director and the appointment of a secretarial auditor are routine governance matters and unlikely to move the stock.
