Arrow Greentech Ltd reported full-year FY26 revenue of Rs. 2,005 million, down 17.6% YoY from Rs. 2,434 million in FY25. EBITDA declined to Rs. 646 million (margin 32.2% vs 36.3% prior year) and PAT fell to Rs. 474 million (margin 22.7% vs 25.3% prior year). Q4 FY26 was particularly weak with revenue of Rs. 418 million, down 27% YoY from Rs. 573 million. The Green segment delivered a bright spot, growing 52% YoY to Rs. 369 million and contributing 18% of total revenue. The Board declared a dividend of Rs. 5 per share. Management acknowledged the softer performance trajectory but emphasized that the structural integrity of both the High-tech and Green segments remains intact, and the company is focused on long-term, sustainable, profitable growth.
Revenue and profit declined significantly for the full year, with Q4 the weakest quarter. The Green segment is a positive driver, but the High-tech segment is under recalibration. The dividend provides some return to shareholders amid a challenging year.
