ARSS Infra: EGM approves new statutory auditor A D V AND CO LLP

ARSS Infrastructure Projects held an EGM on June 9, 2026 via video conferencing. Shareholders approved appointing M/s A D V AND CO LLP, Chartered Accountants as the new statutory auditor to fill a casual vacancy. The previous auditors M/s M A R S and Associates merged with A D V AND CO LLP after ICAI approval effective February 11, 2026, so they ceased to exist as a separate firm. The new auditors will hold office until the conclusion of the 26th AGM. The resolution passed with about 99.999 percent votes in favour, with just 1 vote against. 42 shareholders representing 1.65 percent of paid-up capital attended.
