Artefact Projects Ltd has published its audited financial results for the quarter and full year ended 31 March 2025 in Indian Express (English) and Loksatta (Marathi), as required under SEBI listing rules. For FY25, total income from operations rose to ₹3,392.26 lakhs from ₹2,853.98 lakhs in FY24, an increase of about 19%. Net profit after tax grew to ₹743.03 lakhs (FY24: ₹523.32 lakhs), up roughly 42% year-on-year. Q4 FY25 was especially strong, with net profit after tax jumping to ₹297.58 lakhs versus just ₹21.97 lakhs in Q4 FY24. Basic and diluted EPS for the full year stood at ₹10.23, up from ₹7.33 last year. Other equity rose to ₹5,840.09 lakhs from ₹5,201.45 lakhs.
The results show healthy top-line growth and a sharp jump in profitability, particularly in Q4, which is positive for shareholders. The EPS improvement of nearly 40% signals strengthening earnings, though the filing itself is only a routine newspaper publication of already-approved results, so no new price catalyst is expected from the disclosure itself.
