AEIM reported its audited FY2026 results along with statements of deviation for two preferential fundraisings. The company raised Rs. 28.50 crore in October 2024 (1.58 crore shares at Rs. 18 each) and Rs. 53.67 crore in November 2025 (97.54 lakh shares at Rs. 40 plus warrant proceeds). For the Nov 2025 issue, 1.18 crore convertible warrants were issued at Rs. 40 each, with Rs. 11.80 crore received upfront (25%) and Rs. 2.85 crore received in January 2026 (75%) for warrant-to-equity conversion. Standalone net profit for FY2026 was Rs. 14.45 crore on total revenue of Rs. 64.59 crore. There is no deviation in fund utilization reported for either issue. The company incorporated a new subsidiary AIMOTO Works Private Limited in October 2025.
The warrant conversion by promoter Uma Nandam and steady profitability indicate ongoing capital market activity. Significant portion of funds remain unutilized or parked in mutual funds/bank balances, suggesting phased deployment for stated objects like land acquisition and machinery purchase.
