Arvind Fashions reported strong Q4 FY26 results with revenue of ₹1,365 crores, up 14.8% YoY, and EBITDA of ₹189 crores growing 19% YoY with a 50 bps margin improvement. Full-year FY26 revenue stood at ₹5,266 crores (up 14%) and EBITDA at ₹705 crores (up 17%), with PAT from continuing operations growing 62% YoY to ₹139 crores. Direct channels outperformed, with retail growing ~14% and online B2C surging ~42-45% YoY. The company added ~1.43 lakh net sq. ft. in FY26, expanding its EBO count to 1,025 stores. Management flagged geopolitical risks around raw material inflation and rupee pressure but said inventory positioning and India-based sourcing provide mitigation. Gross margins improved by 90 bps for the full year through lower discounting and sourcing gains.
The company's consistent margin expansion, strong direct channel growth, and operating leverage signal improving profitability. The forward-looking targets of 12-15% revenue growth with 100-200 bps direct channel share expansion and ~150 gross store openings suggest a positive trajectory, though rising borrowings (₹531 crore vs ₹390 crore) and inventory buildup warrant monitoring.
