Arvind SmartSpaces has appointed Mr. Priyansh Kapoor as Whole Time Director & CEO effective August 9, 2025, for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. He brings around 16 years of experience in real estate, most recently serving as CEO of the Mumbai Zone at Godrej Properties, where he helped the company become the second-largest residential developer in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region by booking value.
