Arvind SmartSpaces reported record bookings of Rs. 1,550 Cr in FY26, up 22% YoY, and record quarterly bookings of Rs. 612 Cr in Q4, up 61% YoY. However, full-year revenue declined to Rs. 564 Cr from Rs. 713 Cr, and EBITDA fell to Rs. 156 Cr from Rs. 196 Cr, while PAT declined to Rs. 103 Cr from Rs. 119 Cr. Q4 was a bright spot with PAT more than doubling to Rs. 44.2 Cr (up 103%) and EBITDA margin expanding to 36.4% from 27.4%. Net operating cash flows were strong at Rs. 417 Cr for the full year. The company expanded into Mumbai and acquired new projects in Bengaluru with a combined topline potential of ~Rs. 3,140 Cr, plus a Rs. 2,400 Cr Goregaon project signed post-year-end. The board recommended a dividend of Rs. 2.25 per share.
Strong operational performance (bookings and collections at record highs) is offset by a full-year revenue and profitability decline, which may concern investors focused on top-line growth. Q4 showed encouraging margin expansion and profit recovery, offering a positive signal ahead.
