Arvind SmartSpaces announced that its Board has re-appointed Mr. Kamal Singal as Managing Director and CEO for a fresh five-year term starting June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2030, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. Mr. Singal, an IIM Indore graduate, has been with the Lalbhai Group since 2001 and has headed its real estate business since 2008, bringing over 33 years of industry experience. The Board also appointed M/s. N. V. Kathiria & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years (FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30) and M/s. Kiran J. Mehta & Co as Cost Auditors for FY 2025-26, both subject to AGM approval. Mr. Singal is not related to any director on the board and is not debarred by SEBI from holding the director position.
