Arvind SmartSpaces has informed the stock exchanges that Mr. Samvegbhai Arvindbhai Lalbhai, a member of the promoter group, has requested to be reclassified as a public shareholder. He holds 51,139 equity shares, which is just 0.11% of the company's total equity. The request was made under SEBI LODR Regulation 31A on 15th May, 2025.
