Arvind Ltd reported strong Q4 FY26 results with all-time high revenue of ₹2,553 Cr (up 15%) and EBITDA of ₹327 Cr (up 19%), with EBITDA margin at 12.8%. For the full year, revenue reached ₹9,303 Cr with EBITDA of ₹1,061 Cr, both growing 12% and 15% respectively. PAT for FY26 stood at ₹444 Cr, up 21% YoY. The company achieved record ROCE of 13.8%, reduced net debt by ₹112 Cr to ₹1,172 Cr, and recommended dividend of ₹4.5 per share (₹118 Cr payout). The company also announced acquisition of a 61% stake in U.S.-based Dalco-GFT for entry into the technical textiles market, expected to be margin and EPS accretive from year one.
